How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Latest Spazz-gasms!

Hey guys~

Man, Christmas through New Years sure was something OAO (Warning rambling ahead 8U)

I know my last journal was probably really vague, so here's a better explanation (hopefully) If you were there feel free to skip this part!

_{Basically Himaruya held a Christmas event on his Website where he would take requests from his fans while his characters would "host" the event. To get a better idea of how that worked, read the English version of the comic event here: [link]

Meanwhile, us Hetalia fans flocked over to Livejournal (the Hetalia and CAPTALIA comms, respectively) to keep up with translations, live updates, blog posts, and of course...spazz & fangirl with each other

Most of the time I was either spazzing, replying to people's epic posts, hitting F5 or fangirling- usually all at the same time...for 5-6 days straight (Which I didn't mind, but I'm STILL RECOVERING FROM WRIST PAINS ; A ; That's why it took me forever just to make a journal about it!!)

I'm sorry that the obligatory Bloodbath Journal took so long for me to post, (I know others posted right away!) but because of 2 wrist-sprains I never fully recovered from, bad typing posture, and of course: posting/replying/keeping up too fast- I actually wound up hurting myself. (Now that's dedication!!)

I'm STILL in pain but I'm getting better OTL (I feel like such a loser/wimp/weakling ; A ; )

Anyway, Himaruya essentially MADE my Christmas this year. I know I got manga and stuff earlier that December, and I know my family is awesome and all, but this Christmas wouldn't have been nearly as memorable if it weren't for him. The people on LJ are an especially big highlight of the event, and I can only hope that I continue to stay friends with them...I also want to thank each and every person from LJ who followed me here on dA as well. Seriously, you guys ROCK and I honestly don't know what else to say 'cept that I love you all!! ;u;

To all my friends and watchers who knew me before the event: Thank you so much for putting up with me. I know I'm always complaining about my wrist, or being sad at random moments, or I wind up not posting art because of those things...I even end up secluding myself from the groups that I love so dearly, whether becoming inactive BECAUSE of lack of art or otherwise...(STP especially, and Kitayume still needs so much attention!)

I even ramble in my journals all the freaking time, just like right now.

But even if you don't reply, I can only hope that you read this, knowing that I still love and appreciate every single one of you guys...!

Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart; to every single watcher and friend, both new and old

....of course I'm not actually going anywhere

But I WILL try to be more active this year. I'll actually let my wrist REST for once, even if only a little.

Hope your wrists feel better, Mizu! Don't strain yourself too much now (though that might be a little late after all the spazzing and fangirling - 5-6 DAYS?! DAMN, THAT'S DEDICATION! ;w; *hugs*).

Haha, and now I've finally see the bloodbath...I like seeing all the characters so far in there, though I think I might have accidentally missed some in the scanning. Belarus...I will never think of you the same ever again, going from creepy stalker to sailor-mouth stalker who doesn't take any shit from anyone but still can have that adorable moment (even if it was only for 0.2 seconds. XD). Thanks for posting it up! ^^
